Glass reviews Peep Club’s Instant Relief Eye Spray, Soothing Coconut Eye Balm and Heated Eye Wand

SOMEHOW the eyes have been overlooked in many beauty and skincare regimes, as we rightly carry so much fear of harming this mysterious and fragile area. Peep Club is licensed to go further than others with award winning optometrist, Nicola Mari-Alexander at the helm, working closely with co-founder and friend since childhood and brand strategist, Natasha Sales.

Why indulge in a new level of eye care now? We need to work and play on screens more than ever these days, allowing the seemingly unstoppable blue light to eat into our most delicate of membranes, dramatically reducing blinking and leaving us with dry, scratchy, achey eyes.

Add on eye make up, vicious removers, lash tinting, Botox, poor quality eye creams, contacts and lenses that strain the eyes, and you start to get the picture. Depleted of fluids, elasticity and energy, or even worse damaged, no longer able to function healthily, our eyes are crying out for love and attention.

Thank goodness Peep club has come to the rescue with a range that not only circumnavigates this destruction, but also makes us look more youthful and beautiful, redefining these essential windows to our souls. Be assured these products are sustainable, with high quality vegan and organic ingredients and are free from preservatives and alcohol.

Instant Relief Eye Spray Instant-Relief-Eye-Spray £15

This cute little bottle lasts forever and makes eye care fun, just a spray onto the outer eyelid with eyes closed immediately refreshes, taking away the need for clumsy drops, strategically aimed into open eyes, but often missing completely.

Containing miracle worker, sea buckthorn oil, which literally locks in the moisture of your tears and hyaluronate which strengthens and protects the tear fluid, I know my eyes are getting optimum hydration whenever I use it.

Spritz on between screen times or before dates for lovable dewy, all seeing eyes that won’t miss a trick, plus the outer eye area will appear plumped with fine lines softened.

Soothing Coconut Eye Balm Soothing-Coconut-Eye-Balm £20

This balm is a pleasure, just like a day at the beach, its super light coconut oil base melts into my eyelids, rehydrating the skin on and around the area, as it feeds the lashes. I feel soothed, amazed I didn’t know just how grimy and thirsty my poor eyes were a few minutes earlier, also glad it contains Cureberry, a natural antioxidant that protects from blue light.

Ethically and medically approved, it works perfectly as an eye make up remover, a healing balm treatment and as a base when using the eye wand. Use it morning and night with or without the spray for healthy sparkling eyes.

Heated Eye Wand Heated-Eye-Wand £60

Such a good idea and truly innovative, this perfectly formed wand fits into my purse and makes me feel covered in the self care department, at home or when travelling.

I have dry eyes and had tried blepharitis treatments, which caused a lump on one already reddish eyelid, that I then pressed warm wet cotton pads onto regularly for days, to get rid of. It never completely went away and my eyes stayed uncomfortable until I found this heated eye wand that really made a difference.

It heats up to only eye-safe temperatures and has the option of red LED light which stimulates collagen and improves circulation, opening blocked glands to get the tears flowing again, in a good way. Be careful not to get addicted to the warming massage around the upper and lower lashes, smoothing in the balm as you go, 60 seconds is all you need for each lid .
