JAZZ Afternoon Tea at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is as indulging for the ears and eyes as it is for the taste buds. Its carefully composed theme inspired by the sights and sounds of the golden era of jazz acts as tribute to the hotel first opening its doors in 1927.
Afternoon tea at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane
Every week, London’s talented jazz harpists, guitarists, pianists and two-piece bands generate an atmosphere that echoes the roaring 1920s and is perfectly complemented by the Art Deco design of the recently renovated hotel.

Meanwhile in the Palm Court restaurant, one can enjoy a sensuous selection of jazz themed treats. The Sheraton’s delightful dessert quartet includes a honey mousse, saffron crème and blackberry gêlée saxophone, a rich chocolate tart with basil lime ganache topped with musical notes, a refreshing coconut dacquoise with piña colada crème and tropical compote decorated with chocolate sheet music, and a slice of red velvet cake with orange butter, all working in harmony to both appease the palate and charm the eyes.
For an afternoons immersion into Britain’s past, the Jazz Afternoon Tea is a must do.
