WITH THE lines between fashion and art arguably blurred, creative director Bruno Sialelli took this opportunity to showcase the Lanvin fall-winter 2021 collection against a backdrop of contemporary art.
A fan of James Rosenquist, an influential figure in the American pop-art movement, the designer was drawn to his use of rich, bright colour that portrayed ideas surrounding the destruction of the earth – a bitter sweet visual oxymoron.

Featuring supermodel Bella Hadid and French rapper Luv Resval, Lanvin unveils their AW21 campaign photographed by Mert and Marcus. Executed with the intention of provoking, the concept of the oldest Parisian fashion house creating images inspired by pop-culture and changing the perspective of couture was what excited Sialelli to do this.
