How did you become a model? And why?
I was scouted online in my final year of high school by a stylist who saw pictures of me at my prom and thought I had potential. She got me in touch with a good agency in Cape Town where I was headed to go and study.
Have you always wanted to be a model?
I definitely had never thought about it. I’m still not really sure I am one.
Who are your heroes in life and in modelling?
In life, my parents, my agent and my boyfriend for their steely resolve in loving me. In modelling, Anja Konstantinova because she’s unconventional and cool and is a rockstar florist.

That it’s easy.
How do you view the modelling and fashion industries?
I don’t think it should be legal to model before the age of 18, but I am optimistic about the industry as a whole.
