Slightly skeptical of a balm that can be used all over the body, I was immediately surpised by its non-greasy feel and light moisturising formulation. Sparkle-free, the formula reflects the light beautifully, giving you glowing skin without the disco glitter. I applied the Marine Salve in shade Flesh sparingly to the apples of my cheeks and lips, but if you’re feeling a full body glow, I’d also recommend swiping some across your shoulder bones. An avid fan of lip-sticks and glosses, the balm is now my staple go-to lip-tint, giving me the oh-so trendy glossy lip, while also protecting and moisturising.
With its special formulation, the tinted balm includes ultra-rich oils and butters, as well as an edible Marine Algae which helps to protect skin against environmental aggressors. The salve also helps to reduce pores and the appearance of tiredness in skin through its ultra-hydrating ingredients, all while gently tinting your skin – combining the best of skincare and beauty.
