Chloé spotlights heritage and history with its first portrait series


AFTER years of tapping iconic women for its beautiful campaigns, Chloé has decided to perpetuate the tradition for its first portrait series.

Captured by David Sims, the new images star women who have previously collaborated with the Maison such as Jerry Hall, Jessica Miller, Natalia Vodianova and Liya Kebede. Similarly, fresh faces have been introduced including FeiFei Sun, Ornella Umutoni and Kristine Lindseth.

Unveiled in anticipation of Chemena Kamali’s first collection at the helm of the brand, which will be revealed on February 29th during Paris Fashion Week, the creative director has tapped these women to pay homage to the traditions and heritage of the Maison.

Speaking on the series, Kamali said: I wanted to capture the emotion and energy of Chloé and the women who embody both its history and spirit. They are effortlessly powerful, beautiful, free.”

The images – accompanied by a film by Frank Lebon – showcase the women posing elegantly in front of a quintessentially Parisian backdrop.

Combining elegance, refinement and femininity, the inaugural Chloé portrait series is the perfect way to usher in Kamali’s new chapter at the Maison.
