SHOWCASING the many facets of expression that are irrevocably Versace, the Italian House has released a new code that hopes to define the House through the people, places, and emblems that embody its values. Seen as an exploratory project that unearths the essence of Versace – past, present, and future – the first of several chapters has been released.

Not a campaign, but rather a conversation with the individuals and collectives that drive culture, it invited creatives like Camille Vivier, Steven Meisel and Collier Schorr to interpret the essence of the House. With this a new chapter post the departure of Donatella Versace has finally begun. Released as an intimate dialogue that plays with multimodalities of photographs, poetry, art, music, and film, we are able to see a collective expression that honours Versace’s deep-rooted heritage.

It is a clear invitation to discover the intimate stirrings of Versace’s boundless world as it returns to the original Medusa decorating the door via Gesù in Milan. A new expression, all creatively directed by Dario Vitale – the brand’s new heir.
