Paris Menswear AW15: Sacai

This season for Paris menswear, Sacai seems to be showing pieces that would fit right in here in London. The majority of the clothes are dark and seem to be inspired by World War II military clothing structures. Accompanied by more relaxed tartan jackets, jumpers and scarves, all paired with chunky shoes, perfect that look ready to run through the London rain in. Even the hats are slightly reminiscent of those worn by Bobbies. None of Sacai’s latest looks are particularly innovative to be fair, but they are wearable and therefore potentially sellable. Though it does appear that Sacai has been inspired by London’s autumn season rather than that of Paris.
