BEGINNING the venture into the beauty sphere in 2019 with the launch of Celine’s first perfumes, Hedi Slimane is inaugurating the birth of a more expansive sphere of cosmetics products with a new campaign starring American actor Ever Anderson, La collection de l’arc de triomphe.
Bringing the idea of couture beyond fashion and into this side of the brand’s offerings, the designer has managed to look beyond formulas and has also created manicure kits, pencils and pouches.
Made to further delve into the idea of French femininity and beauty, the past five years has seen the brand cement themselves in this market and are about to flourish more with the launch of a classic, satin-finish Rouge Triomphe lipstick, encased in gold and finished with the maison’s couture monogram.
The singular, universal red will be the first available to purchase this October with the rest of the 15 lipsticks that make up Le Rouge Celine coming to the market in January 2025. From then onwards, Celine Beauté will unravel more each season with lip balms, mascaras, eyeliners, pencils, loose powders and blushes gradually being added.
