Celebrate Valentine’s Day 2026 in the UK in Style

LOVE knows no bounds, and neither do the possibilities for celebrating Valentine’s Day across the capital, from Mayfair and Chelsea to St Pancras and Lambeth.

The four-course menu on 14th February at Booking Office 1869, inside St. Pancras London Hotel, may even prove a prompt for the hotel’s Serenity Spa Package:  luxurious couple’s treatments, soothing salt scrubs, massages, facials and a complimentary gift set.

The specially curated set menu for the 13th and 14th at 11 Cadogan Gardens in Chelsea begins with a choice of a butter-poached lobster bisque with lobster roll and caviar or thyme-roasted celeriac bisque and truffle butter, and ends with a  chocolate fondant, strawberry shortbread and dark chocolate sorbet. In between, another difficult choice between grass-fed beef fillet with cep purée, braised leek and hazelnuts or cauliflower steak showcasing the same deep, earthy flavours.

Remembering that Valentine’s Day is a whole-day celebration, a romantic champagne breakfast is served beneath the triple-height skylight in the Atrium Restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair on the 14th and 15th February.

As the sun sets, Love Above at Hanover Bar offers a rooftop rendezvous with sweeping views across the city’s skyline, and couples can toast the occasion with a glass of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial, a bespoke Valentine’s Day cocktail, and a selection of Japanese-inspired light bites & canapés to share. Signature cocktails curated especially for lovers include Cupido’s Gimlet, a vodka concoction with notes of lychee and rose.
