Finding some Headspace in Hong Kong

A Google-led connected consumer survey summarises that residents in Hong Kong use on average three connected devices a day. A further study claims that while 95 per cent of smartphone usage takes place at home, 87 per cent of us can not resist using our phones on the go. An insight which identifies a nation of people addicted to technology and are continually connected.

This month, Headspace, the world’s leading meditation application came to Hong Kong to challenge us to switch off, for only 10 minutes a day and see improvements in our health, happiness, creativity and relationships.
