So there is absolutely no excuse not to sample one of these luxury chocolate hearts made by acclaimed chef and chocolate-maker Alain Ducasse in his artisan chocolate factory in Paris.
Exclusively available at the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge these expertly hand-crafted hearts are made from Ducasse’s chocolate and the dark chocolate heart is filled with a passion-fruit ganache, topped with a layer of almond and roasted coconut praline and are encased in melted chocolate. This is a rich heart with an intense and fruity centre. Demonstrate your love by sharing this delicious chocolate treat with the object of your affectations, if you can (I couldn’t and ate it all myself).
