THE TIME has arrived for brands to battle it out for the best holiday campaign, and for 2022’s festive season, Dior has taken an enchanting, almost fairytale-esque approach advertising their best beauty and fragrance gifts.
Starring brand poster-girl Anya Taylor-Joy, the campaign captures the essence of the festive season without relying too much on cliche. Taylor-Joy, at once seen at a guest-filled table laden with gilded decor and gifts, dances through the moody-lit halls of Chateau de La Colle Noire to none other than Dame Shirley Bassey.

While focusing on the brands cosmetics, the advertorial filmed by Benoit Delhomme also makes sure to promote the seasonal packaging – another anticipated rendition of the famed Toile de Jouy – which has proven to be as much of a keepsake as the gift itself on social media in years prior.Â
The campaign is brought further into our reality, or rather virtual reality, with a series of 3D filters designed in collaboration with Meta’s Spark, to be enjoyed both in boutiques and on smartphones.
