A range of restaurants are in place to guide you around some of Paris’ most exclusive and iconic scenes, boosting your experience in the fashion capital to the max.
Jean Imbert au Plaza Athénée
First on the list is Jean Imbert au Plaza Athénée, situated at the heart of the Hotel, with spectacular, clear views of the Eiffel Tower that one could only dream of witnessing. Cuisine inspired by the mouth-watering traditions of French gastronomy, carries a contemporary twist created by Chef Jean Imbert in this Michelin starred experience. With recipes that date back 250 years, rich French heritage is exposed for lucky diners in a wondrous room of 20,000 gold leaves.
Le Relais Plaza
Second to be explored is Le Relais Plaza, a sincere Parisian institution founded back in 1936 that brings the glamorous history of the years back to life. Ran again by Chef Jean Imbert, this brasserie carries more of an authentic tone, as the building has one of the last Art Deco dining rooms in the whole of Paris.
Restaurant Le Dalí
Finally, Restaurant Le Dalí, from the great Salvador Dalí, brings Paris’ eccentric nature to the table, quite literally. Designed by Philippe Starck, the restaurant creates a celebration in the Hotel Le Meurice with eye-catching and quirky elements to set the scene. The excitingly modern Parisian lifestyle are reflected in the restaurant’s colourful menus as Amaury Bouhours, executive chef at Le Meurice, delivers exceptional guest menus, made from some of Paris’ finest local producers.
