Channelling an exotic ambiance of crystal clear ocean and pure white sand, Linda Farrow released their latest SS15 campaign with renowned photographer, Mariano Vivanco. Featuring an array of metallics, the scene was reminiscent of retro Hollywood with the juxtaposition of bronze skin against an iridescent background.
Presenting the new collection of modern sunglasses, from transparent frames to dual toned rims the oversized eyewear has been created with intricate design, portraying a classic finish with an updated twist. The structure of each pair allows for versatility, with clean cut, sharp edges for thinner pieces, to round and bulky, larger designs.
The stainless steel finish provides a reflective surface, matching that of the water, whereas pastel hues romanticise harsh edges. Using golden metallic’s to convey a sense of luxury, the colours range from rose gold to a frosted pink, echoing the theme of “wanderlust”.
With the simplicity of cool tones contrasted against shimmer and subtle pattern, the collection forms a mix of modernity meets tradition. The depth in design throughout the compilation adds a sense of variety for each consumer, allowing them to handpick from a wide section. Farrow has once again provided us with a timeless selection of classic sunglasses that are set to last for a lifetime.
