Rolls-Royce releases custom Phantom Scent for its motors

BRINGING a new edge to its prestigious Phantom cars, Rolls-Royce announces the release of a highly unique fragrance concept named Phantom Scent.

Unveiling a patented technology that is in-built in its Phantom vehicle, the special perfume slowly releases over time to present its customers with an elegant long-lasting experience unlike any on the market. This new sensory touch not only elevates the car but takes the Rolls-Royce brand to a new level of luxury.

Rolls-Royce Phantom Scent

Expertly crafted by their in-house perfumer of the Bespoke Collective, the Phantom Scent draws inspiration from the interior of the car, looking at how to translate the materials into a perfume. Going beyond the signature leather, it has looked into the lacquers, threads and woods of the design. Combining notes of smoky Amyris, sweet Rosewood, floral Iris and spicy Cedarwood, the result touches on the serenity and smoothness of the motor’s drive and the aesthetic of this particular model.

Having been in the works for over a decade, utilising Noses from haute perfumeries and the scientific knowledge of biochemists, together they have created an enriching fusion that now completes and embodies the Phantom.

Touching on the release, Martina Starke, the General Manager of Bespoke Design at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars states: “Phantom’s interior is a unique space in which every element is meticulously curated to create an unparalleled multi-sensory experience. With our new fragrance concept, Phantom Scent, we move beyond the visual and tactile realms into a new dimension”.

With a fragrance-releasing installed, and most importantly hidden in the design of the car, the scent diffuses at a subtle and delicate rate to allow driver and its passengers a consistent and refined encounter with the Phantom Scent – a rarity that should not be missed.
