FROM this July, The Peninsula Hotels in New York, Beverly Hills, and Chicago are combining contemporary art, rejuvenating skin treatments, and delicious beverages for the perfect way to spend those long summer days and crisp autumn evenings.
Summer evenings at Salon de Ning, East Terrace, The Peninsula New York
Guests will have a front row seat to exclusive installations across the three hotels. The Peninsula New York debuted Home, an exhibition honouring the notions of home, identity and community, as an ode to The Peninsula’s larger commitment to celebrating family and heritage. The exhibition features a curated selection of original works by artists including Do Ho Suh, Catherine Opie, Angel Otero, Ashley Bickerton and Heidi Bucher. The exhibition is on view until November 30.
The latest installation in The Peninsula Chicago’s Artist in Residence Program is master photographer, Peter Lik, on view through July 2019. A self-taught pioneer in the field of landscape photography, Peter is internationally renowned for capturing the beauty of Mother Nature.

In Beverly Hills, The Peninsula is bringing Los Angeles’ vibrant street art to The Belvedere Terrace, with the introduction of the Emerging Artists Series in partnership with Impermanent Art. A rotating selection of notorious street artists create art in real time as part of the 16-week series, taking place each Thursday from 5-8pm until September 5. Guests can enjoy speciality cocktails and bites from an art-inspired menu, accompanied by live music. Every first Thursday of the month, The Peninsula Beverly Hills will donate 20% of proceeds to the Trevor Project, who provide crisis intervention services to the LGBTQ+ community.

The Peninsula Spa in Beverly Hills offers an Ultimate Indulgence Red Carpet Experience, utilising a brand new six-in-one facial machine which delivers a combination of microdermabrasion, a chromo-frequency LED face mask, electroporation technology and more – the first of its kind in Beverly Hills. At The Peninsula Spa in New York, guests can experience similar skin-changing results with Medical Beauty Research’s new Liquid Surgery Express Rejuvenation Treatment. It combines Liquid Surgery Serum with non-invasive LED light therapy. Enzyme cleansing boosters, lip contour and hydrating and lifting toners are also applied to fully rejuvenate the skin.
