LEADING ECO-CONSCIOUS British clothing and skincare brand Bamford has launched a new candle range, The Explorer Collection, featuring three new scents – geranium, pelargonium and pilgrim. The scents have been developed by British perfumer Lyn Harris working in collaboration with Carole Bamford, the company founder.
The candles come encased in hand-carved alabaster cases including a lid which helps preserve the wax when its not lit. The Geranium fragrance was inspired by Carole Bamford’s greenhouse in which she houses over 100 varieties of the plant, such as Attar of Roses or Lemon-scented versions.
This candle will fill your home with an uplifting herbal and green-leaf scent.

The Pelargonium version of the candle provides a therapeutic fragrance when lit and was inspired by the combination of less conventional geranium varieties.
Scents of orange bigarade, mint, geranium leaf, and cedar wood are blended beautifully with basil, black pepper, and grapefruit to give the candle its balancing and refreshing touch.
The Pilgrim candle has rich scents including woody smoke and cool cedar notes which might remind one of church smoke or a cool ivy. This fragrance has been infused with cade, birch, frankincense, and labdanum, which is a complex yet calming blend of scents that create a welcoming aroma for your home.
