HAVING recently graced our screens with his performances in Netflix’s Heart of Stone and A Haunting in Venice, Jamie Dornan is back again, but this time, the actor has teamed up with major luxury house Loewe.
The prestigious actor has starred in various Loewe campaigns – including the upcoming SS24 menswear campaign – but has now just been announced as a new global brand ambassador.
Joining the likes of fellow brand ambassadors Taeyong and Taylor Russell, Dornan is keen to work alongside creative director Jonathan Anderson and represent the Spanish luxury brand.
Speaking on his new role, Dornan says: “Nothing puts you at ease like being around people who understand your humour, your accent, and your ethos. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Jonathan – he’s supremely talented, creative, and incredibly down-to-earth. I’m very grateful and excited for this new role with Loewe”.
Similarly, Anderson shares Dornan’s excitement. “Having watched many of Jamie’s films and following his work closely, he was front of mind when we were thinking about a new ambassador for Loewe,” explains the creative director. “I’ve always liked how his performances embody a sense of strength that feels very pure and organic”.
Built upon a foundation of friendship and trust, the partnership between Dornan and Loewe is certain to be a success. Marking the start of this new era, the men’s runway collection campaign featuring the actor will launch on the 12th of January.
