PoB Hotels launches Seasoned to Perfection – an exploration of gastronomy

PoB HOTELS is offering the opportunity to enjoy magical evenings created by its award-winning chefs, taking guests on a culinary journey across the British Isles.

Bringing seasonal dining to life, each event will be led by a resident chef alongside two visiting chefs from other PoB establishments. The Six-Hands Dinner, a new initiative for this year, will showcase diverse local produce from each region, with dishes inspired by each remarkable destination.

With the pleasure of experiencing the Six-Hands Dinner at Whatley Manor, I can confidently say that it is nothing short of a spectacular evening. Talented chefs Ricki Weston of Whatley Manor, Douglas Balish of Grove of Narberth and Ollie Bridgwater of SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel & Lake House united to create an unforgettable dining experience.

The evening starts with guests greeted with delectable canapés to tantalise their tastebuds, before being presented with intricately crafted dishes alongside expertly paired wines to take you on a culinary adventure.

Each dish immerses you in delightful flavours, from the A5 Wagyu with fermented lettuce and spiced pear to the Pumpkin Seed Miso with squash and sesame. The chefs’ expertise in working with local produce shines through with every dish and leaves you wanting more.
