Síbín means illicit whisky in Irish, referring to the illicit clubs which sold alcoholic drinks without a licence. Scotland Yard Hotel’s Síbín offers visitors a chill out lounge with specialist whiskies yet an elegant space for evening drinks. Guests can enjoy a variety of light bites and snacks which will pair perfectly with the various woody and smoky flavours of the whiskies.
