ARRIVING under the Tod’s-Factory umbrella, and as an extension of the Moncler Genius collections, the Italian leather connoisseurs has bounced off of the much discussed Moncler X Palm Angels collaboration to create a limited release that perhaps branches away from their usual design sensibilities.
Though the Moncler Genius collaborations often stir up an immense conversation, it was Moncler X Palm Angels that really set the internet on fire. With an ethereal, optical fibre rendition of the Maya 70 puffer jacket, it was a partnership that seemed cemented on our explore pages for weeks.

Now, Tod’s have added to the discussion and stoked the flames (quite literally) with a series of footwear designs. From contrasting fire patterns on the Gommino loafers, to exclusive colour ways of the Winter Gommino boots that are stamped with the hybrid Moncler X Palm Angels logo.
As a feature of the Tod’s-Factory creative laboratory, the brand lends its ear to disrupting its usual design codes. An initiative that invites both established and emerging designers to offer different points of view on the brand’s DNA, the Tod’s X 8 Moncler Palm Angels is a perfect example of how the brand may evolve in upcoming years.
