It’s Electra-fying …

The instance that Julie Wilkins of Future Classics and the electronica project Electra Woods revealed to us that she was just as much a fan of Glass as we were of her, a light bulb suddenly shot up above our heads. If you’re in any way involved with the multitasking creative maven that is Wilkins, the force behind the captivating est. 2000 Future Classics, you know you are in for a delicious visual treat.  FC, an avant-garde hybrid house that incorporates music, fashion and ground-breaking visuals is merely only one avenue of expression for Wilkins and on the news that she was looking to showcase her latest videos at an aural extravaganza album launch for The Electra Woods, FC’s first full release, Glass was all ears.

Last night at London’s Queen of Hoxton, the place to be in the East End, Julie celebrated The Electra Woods in coalition with yours truly in what was a spectacular launch to the high heavens for Julie’s newest work. Filled with drinks, dancing and admiration for Julie’s genius creations, London’s most mobile movers and shakers in the creative industry were hooked on the vibe – one that we only wish we could have shared with each and every one of our readers.
