Bally release new capsule collection inspired by curling

SINCE the Bally curling boot graced the feet of the Swiss Olympic team at Cortina d’Ampezzo in 1956, the winter sport has been fabricated into the brand’s heritage. Now, just in time for the colder seasons, Bally introduces an entire collection inspired by the favoured pastime.

The collection sees the curling boot reinvented alongside a playful roster of garments, that fuse a traditional Swiss alpine sensibility with cowboy and varsity codes.

Embracing the luxurious energy of après-ski, the collection shows more transitional pieces with seasonal options able to bare the cold of the alpine wind, meaning there is something for both on or off the slopes. This attitude is made clear through a series of design choices, from a repeated St Moritz graphic to hooded bomber jackets jackets embroidered with polar bears and running wolves.

In addition to the curling-focused capsule, a hybrid of classic accessories are introduced. From shearling cowboy hats to baseball caps in soft wool and suede, the marriage between the two cultures continues in a more tactile form, sure to keep you warm all winter long.
