Isamaya’s third launch is all about LIPS

Renowned make-up artist and founder of her eponymous brand, Isamaya Ffrench is bringing her extensive knowledge of all things lip related to her third limited-edition launch, aptly titled LIPS. Keen to keep reinventing the way consumers look at make-up, Ffrench’s new instalment challenges our perspective through its shape whilst maintaining her steadfast wish to showcase the beauty in self-expression.

Centred around ‘liberation, innovation and seduction’, the make-up guru explained the inspiration behind this capsule, “I always pursue originality and risk taking with an authentic and unapologetic approach to beauty and image making”.

Lips Isamaya Campaign

Bringing the lipsticks to life, Isamaya worked with Malaysian fashion photographer Zhong Lin, a creative who has been repeatedly acknowledged as one of the forces driving a new direction forward in the arts.

Launching in two colours and two versions, the Colour Infused Lipstick (£80)  in Cardinal Red and as a Water Balm (£80) in the shade Vanity, bringing a purpose driven duality to the offering. But looking beyond the products themselves, the collection was designed for more than just the purpose of make-up as the bullet casing is removable and able to use after as an objet d’art.

However, most notably part of the proceeds of LIPS will go directly to support Planned Parenthood, an organisation that aims to provide sexual and reproductive health care and sex education across America, a country that has been negatively impacted by abortion laws over the past year.
