A new Beverly Hills-inspired brunch arrives at CUT

WOLFGANG PUCK’s UK restaurant, CUT at the Dorchester Collection‘s 45 Park Lane, has recently welcomed the arrival of a new Beverly Hills-inspired brunch menu.

The award-winning Australian-born chef has decided that it is the perfect time to introduce Californian culture and cuisine to his notorious London restaurant.

Having tapped Elliott Grover as the executive chef of the brunch, the dining experience is bound to be an overwhelming success. Having previously curated dishes for the 2023 Oscars, Grover intertwines his passion for cooking with polished expertise and refinement.

Speaking on the brunch, Grover said: “The menu is a selection of my favourite brunch items, inspired by the fresh, vibrant flavours of California, mixed with hearty American classics. I have no doubt that our guests will love the new weekend addition – whether you’re in the mood for something savoury or sweet, we’ve got you covered.”

For those who would prefer a lighter bite to eat, spicy tuna tartare cones are presented alongside salmon blinis to create the perfect savoury treat. Guests will also be enthralled to hear the drinks options include a Baileys and Oreo milkshake, a strawberry & mint vodka slushy or a frozen Brandy Alexander.
