HONG Kong Contemporary Art (HOCA) Foundation have teamed up with We are Here, a charity that raises awareness for 12000 asylum seekers and refugees in Hong Kong, to create the Inside Out Project. HOCA is a non-profit organisation which aims to promote public awareness and develop access to contemporary art in Hong Kong.

The project consists of an art tram containing portraits of Hong Kong’s refugees and asylum. The objective of the contemporary art project is to advocate for diversity and inclusion in Hong Kong. The tram will travel along the tram line while visitors explore the exhibition.
