Palm Angels and Barbour unite to redefine the iconic Bedale Wax jacket

THIS season prepare to be wowed by a daring collaboration that fuses high-fashion streetwear with British country heritage. Palm Angels, known for its unique, creative perspective, has joined forces with the esteemed Barbour brand to breathe new life into the classic Bedale wax jacket.

Introducing the Palm Angels x Barbour Malik Bedale wax jacket – a bold, colourful reinvention of a time-honoured classic.

Palm Angels’ identity is rooted in multiplicity, bringing together seemingly disparate elements to form a cohesive whole. This ethos shines through in their partnership with Barbour, as they blend tradition and innovation to create a daringly vibrant take on the iconic Bedale jacket, originally designed with equestrian practicalities in mind.

Drawing inspiration from high-visibility vests and coats often donned for North American country pursuits, this collaboration has produced three striking colour options – hot pink, scarlet ibis, and vibrant yellow.

These eye-catching hues extend to the 8 wale cord trim, 2oz nylon drip strip, high-density cotton lining, and special edition tartan detailing, giving this iconic jacket a truly unique and unmissable look.

The Palm Angels logo is screen-printed on the back of each jacket in a distressed off-centre finish, applied to the fabric before the waxing process. This artistic touch pays homage to Palm Angels’ explicit values of freedom, individuality, and exploration while maintaining Barbour’s British country heritage.

The Palm Angels x Barbour Malik Bedale wax jacket is a one-of-a-kind statement piece that marries street style with country charm.
