Swire Hotels release new series of short films

Swire Hotels have announced the release of three short films entitled Experience the Houses, depicting the unique experience of two individual guests at The Opposite House located in Beijing and The Upper House located in Hong Kong. The third film runs the stories side by side, suggesting that there is a longing for both characters to meet even though they never do.

Each film shares the same soundtrack, I Didn’t Know, by Irish singer-songwriter Lisa Hannigan and questions what it means to say we truly know someone. Directed by Scottish director Lynsey Miller, the films poignantly depict how Swire Hotels believe in creating unique and deeply personal moments that are based on their own interests and needs. Rather like the films.
