Zelens introduce Z Balance Prebiotic & Probiotic Facial Mist

OUR understanding of  the complex and fascinating relationship between gut health and general well-being (including mental) is increasing with an upswing in popularity of fermented drinks like kefir and kombucha. And now British skincare brand Zelens has recognised the importance of healthy bacteria on the skin in addition to boosting the immune system, which helps feed the good bacteria and aid its anti-inflammatory properties.

Zelens founder, Dr Marko Lens – a leading skin cancer expert and cosmetic surgeon  – observed from his clinical experience that pre-and probiotics can also be used directly on the skin for maximum benefits including adding moisture, improving radiance, strengthening the skin barrier and finally, reducing inflammation.

In view of these findings, Zelens has recently introduced its Z Balance Prebiotic & Probiotic Facial Mist, which also contains an amino-acid complex that supports the skin’s natural collagen, giving extra moisture and aiding in elastine production. It also contains green Shiso Japanese mint ensuring a fresh and reviving fragrance. And, as well as this, the spray is vegan.

To use, simply spray the mist on cleansed skin, before applying serum and moisturizer. I have been devoted to this spray since I started using it, and have noticed a visible improvement to my skin tone and condition. It is much more dewy and soft. Which is just how I like it.
