DANDELYAN, the bar in the Mondrian Hotel, is collaborating with Licoreria Limantour, an award winning, small-scale cocktail institution located in Mexico City, for Halloween.
The collaboration between Dandelyan and Limantour marks the start of Dandelyan’s World Botany Series where the London bar seeks the inclusion of new and different flavours, fauna and flora in their drinks through working with world class bars from across the world. Limantour will lend Dandelyan two of their best bartenders to bring laid back Latino vibes and unusual South American ingredients to London.
A multi-sensory menu has been designed by Dandelyan and Limantour and comprises of five cocktails around the themes of preservation, zombification and cheating death. They use Beefeater gin and traditional Mexican flavours, such as dried herbs, chilli and wood.

Dandelyan was designed by Tom Dixon and created by bar impresario Ryan Chetiyawardana, aka Mr Lyan. It is located inside the Mondrian Hotel on London’s South Bank. Dandelyan recently won World’s Best Cocktail Bar at the 2017 Spirited Awards. Limantour was ranked 13th in the World’s Best Bars awards and put Mexico City, and Latin America, on the map as an international location for high-quality cocktails. Limantour’s vision is to fuse traditional Mexican drinks with new, contemporary trends in cocktail making.
Their collaborative menu can be sampled in a 30-minute tasting experience which includes a personal guided tour through the cocktails by both team. This will be followed by a special halloween surprise.
