THE Peninsula Hotel Group have unveiled a bespoke line of custom fragranced, sustainable amenities designed for all their guest rooms; launching this autumn. In creating this line of products, Peninsula Hotels aimed to give guests a unique in-room pampering experience with bath products. Encouraging a sensory immersion different in each place, the hotel commissioned the most famous artisanal perfumers from the city of every Peninsula location to create the custom fragrance.

They provided knowledge of the region and native botanical ingredients famous in the area to create custom scents that embody the area. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body milk and soap are available in each guest room made from the unique scent. In the new line, extra ingredients such as shea butter, almond and olive oil are mixed in to enhance skin-soothing characteristics.

In addition, all products are gluten-free, soy-free and do not include any potentially harmful products, like silicone and parabens etc. The packaging is 99.9 per cent free of single-use petroleum plastics, and the containers are made from 45 per cent recycled aluminium.

Gareth Roberts, owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels spoke on this, “Those who stay at our hotels can be rest assured that their luxurious, indulgent guest rooms products have been made with consideration towards minimising the environmental impact.”
