The Future of Fashion is getting closer

The Future of Fashion Program, a collaboration between WHO’S NEXT and NOT JUST A LABEL, to showcase and help new designers establish themselves, has now entered its second stage. From the first twenty designers pre-selected for the January trade-show, only ten really caught the eye of the several trade show buyers who made the cut.

Chosen by a jury panel with members from WHO’S NEXT, NOT JUST A LABEL, Koka Consulting, Fidancia and Lambert & Associates, the ten selected designers are: Hanger, Ioana Ciolacu, Kelly Love, Sneha Arora, Dora Abodi (ready-to-wear); Lamat, Väska, Pasionae, Salomé Charly, Michal Taharlev (accessories).

The designers will now start a monthly coaching program with mentors and present their work at the July 2014 trade show, where only six will proceeded into the January 2015 show. At this show, the two winners of the program will be announced, winning the creation of a business plan worth €20,000 as well as further mentorship for six months.
